WILMINGTON, MA — Richard J. Palmer, Jr., a former Wilmington resident, remains missing after one year. He was last seen on November 24, 2014 in Billerica, possibly wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
Mr. Palmer is 59 years old, 6’1″, 210 lbs, with a brown/gray hair, brown eyes and a scar on his right wrist and chest.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Palmer is encouraged to notify immediately the Wilmington Police Department at 978-658-5071.
