READING, MA — Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD), which serves Wilmington, is sponsoring an Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest at the Reading-North Reading Chamber’s Holiday Lighting Festival on Sunday, November 29, from 2pm to 4pm.
The Contest will take place in front of Portland Pie on Haven Street from 3-3:30 and RMLD judges will pick an adult winner who will receive a $100 gift certificate to Biltmore & Main and a child winner who will receive a $25 gift certificate to Zinga.
The first 50 persons who enter the Contest will receive an LED lightbulb from RMLD. Children entrants will need to be accompanied by a parent to receive the LED bulb. So, put on those ugly holiday sweaters and come on down and have some fun with us!
