WILMINGTON, MA — 49 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Sunday, November 15, 2015. Here are EIGHT highlights:
- Eric S. Chung (30, Andover) was arrested for OUI Liquor (2nd offense); Speeding; and Possession of Class B Drug. (2:00am)
- A South Street caller reported his son’s car was likely broken into sometime over night. An iPod, GPS and laptop were taken. (6:42am)
- Billerica Animal Control Officer, temporarily serving Wilmington, put down a sick skunk on Catherine Avenue after numerous complaints. (8:58am)
- A Lawrence Street caller reported her mailbox was damaged by a pumpkin sometime between 4:30pm and 11pm last night. (9:33am)
- A Border Avenue caller reported two dirt bikes were driving down the street towards Woburn Auto. Police advised the riders. (1:41pm)
- A white 2007 Chevy Express was involved in a hit and run accident earlier in the day at the Shriners Auditorium. Damage was done to the passenger side door. (4:09pm)
- Railroad gates were malfunctioning on Glen Road. Police noted a small fire on the tracks. Fire Department responded and Amtrak was notified and took care of the gates. (10:36pm)
- A ‘no parking sign’ from the high school student parking lot was ripped out of the ground and thrown onto the grass. (11:18pm)
