WILMINGTON, MA — 78 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Here are NINE highlights:
- A gray 2010 Honda Fit and a blue 1997 Chevy Lumina were involved in a minor car accident on Ferguson Road. No injuries reportd. (7:20am)
- A Bailey Road caller reported she received a call from someone claiming to be from the Department of Legal Affairs. She believed it be a scam and wanted it logged. (8:09am)
- A Shady Lane caller reported their house may have been broken into. A window was missing and a screen was popped out. (3:05pm)
- Reports of youths on the top of moving vehicles — a gray 2009 Toyota Corolla and a brown 2005 Jeep Liberty — in the Middle School Parking Lot. Police arrived to the vehicles parked. Police advised the youths. (3:23pm)
- A Forest Street resident lost a wedding ring while outside raking. The ring is gold with a leaf scroll. (3:39pm)
- A caller reported she struck a small dog in the High Street/Linda Road area. Dog was reunited with owner and seemed fine. (4:28pm)
- Maurizzo Piazza-Aquirre (28, Boston) was issued a summons for the false report of a crime, the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage. (5:32pm)
- An Arnold Road resident received a handwritten letter from a child in Africa stating they needed money to go to school. Resident wanted the incident logged. (6:32pm)
- A missing child was reported from Milestone Group Home on High Street. (11:05pm)
