TOWN LEGAL NOTICE: Tax Classification Public Hearing Set For November 23

The legal notice below was recently posted on the Town of Wilmington’s website.

TOWN OF WILMINGTON — BOARD OF SELECTMEN — PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing to provide an open forum for the discussion of local property tax policy with reference to classification for FY 2016 taxation purposes will be held at the Town Hall on Monday, November 23, 2015 @ 7:00 p.m.

Interested taxpayers may present their views on classification policy at the hearing or in writing to the Town Manager’s Office until 4:30 p.m. on that date.
