WILMINGTON, MA — The Town of Wilmington has a limited supply of flu mist still available. To schedule an appointment, contact the Wilmington Health Department at 978-658-4298.
Flu mist is for ages 5 to 18. It is given free of charge to residents. Residents are asked to bring their insurance cards. The flu mist will also be available to those who do not have insurance.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian. Anyone allergic to eggs or egg products must not take this vaccine. Anyone with a fever should delay vaccination.
These FORMS must be filled out and turned in order to get the mist. Forms can be filled out in advance or at Town Hall.
