WILMINGTON, MA — Northeastern Development Corporation is building 10 one-bedroom condos and 2 two-bedroom condos at the beginning of Church Street. The “Church Street Condominiums” will be located next to Rizzo’s Roast Beef and Pizza and the “Church Street Commons,” which houses several shops, including Surreal Boutique, A Dream Comes True Parties & More, Jazz 3 Hair Design, and The Gymnasts’ Vault. Construction is anticipated to be completed next spring.
