WILMINGTON, MA — The Town of Wilmington has organized a flu mist clinic on Monday, October 26, from 3pm to 5pm, at Wilmington Town Hall (121 Glen Road).
The clinic is for Wilmington’s youngsters — ages 5 to 18. Flu mist is free of charge to residents. Attendees are asked to bring their insurance cards. The vaccine will also be available to those who do not have insurance. Attendees are asked not to arrive earlier than 3pm.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian. Anyone allergic to eggs or egg products must not take this vaccine. Anyone with a fever should delay vaccination.
These FORMS must be filled out and turned in at the clinic in order to get the vaccine. Forms can be filled out in advance or at the clinic.
