WILMINGTON, MA — The Where Angels Play Foundation may have left town, but what they left behind is truly remarkable.
The Sean Collier Memorial Playground has been open for three weeks, earning rave reviews from children and adults alike. The Dedication Ceremony, which took place on Saturday, September 26, was posted online on Thursday.
