BILLERICA, MA — A fundraiser event in honor of the late Nick Bomboy, featuring raffles, games, music and more, will take place this Sunday, October 4, 1pm to 5pm at the Billerica Elks Lodge on 14 Webb Brook Road in Billerica.
Nick, a 17 year-old Shawsheen Tech student entering his senior year at the Shawsheen Tech, passed away this summer after a tragic gun accident. Read Nick’s obituary HERE. Nick lived with his family in Wilmington for several years before moving to Billerica.
Fundraiser attendees are asked to wear red in honor of Nick and to support gun awareness.
Proceeds from the event will help Nick’s family with their emotional, medical and funeral expenses. If you can’t make it to the event, but would like to donate, send a check, written out to the #bomboy Memorial Fund, to Enterprise Bank and Trust, 884 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821.
