WILMINGTON, MA — The Town of Wilmington has organized a school-wide flu clinic on Thursday, October 8, from 2:30pm to 4pm, in the Wilmington Middle School Cafeteria. Nasal spray and injectables will be available for students ages 5 and up.
Flu shots are free of charge. Please bring your insurance card and forms with you. The vaccine will also be available to those who do not have insurance.
Flu shots are by appointment only. Please do not arrive earlier than the specified time. To schedule an appointment and download the necessary forms, please visit http://wpshealthservices.weebly.com/influenza.html
All minors must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian. Anyone allergic to eggs or egg products must not take this vaccine. Anyone with a fever should delay vaccination.
