Reading Cooperative Bank Welcomes 4 New Staff Members

North Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank is proud to welcome Nicolas Iudiciani to its North Reading branch as Banking Specialist II.  As a Banking Specialist II, he is responsible for providing a full range of banking service to customers, including offering recommendations, processing new account transactions, and answering account questions.

“I am thrilled to be joining the RCB community,” said Iudiciani, “I’m excited about this opportunity and look forward to providing excellent customer service to members of our community.”

Mike Walbourne, North Reading Branch Manager, commented, “Nick will be an excellent addition to our branch.  His years of experience in banking will make him an invaluable asset to our team.”

Iudiciani comes to RCB with about 10 years of banking experience, including work at Santander Bank and Citizens Bank.  He is a graduate of Lynnfield High School and currently resides in North Reading.

READING, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank is proud to welcome Mary Gill to its Reading branch as a Banking Specialist II.  As a Banking Specialist II, she is responsible for providing a variety of banking service to customers, including processing account transactions, offering recommendations, and answering account questions.

“I am really excited about the opportunity to work for such a community-oriented bank as RCB. I grew up in Reading, so I have seen firsthand the lasting impact that RCB has had on the surrounding community,” said Gill.

Gill comes to RCB with valuable banking experience from Eastern Bank, as well as customer service experience from Hollister Co. and Atlantic Food Mart. Mary is a graduate of Reading Memorial High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Salem State University.

READING, MA — Reading Cooperative Bank is pleased to announce the addition of James Real to its Commercial Lending Team as a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. As a Loan Officer, Real is responsible for obtaining and maintaining customer relationships as well as loan monitoring.  Real specializes in construction lending and commercial real estate.

“I am very excited to be joining the lending team. RCB has strong ties to the community and I look forward to supporting the communities we serve,” said Real.

Gregory Ryan, Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer added, “I am happy to welcome James to the Lending Team. His years of experience with commercial real estate and construction lending make him a valuable addition to RCB.”

Prior to joining RCB, Real was a Senior Vice President/President at the Bank of New England in Salem, NH. He has over 30 years of experience in banking and lending and is a graduate of Siena College, New York.

READING, MA — RCB is proud to announce the addition of Tara Malamphy to its Commercial Lending team as Senior Commercial Loan Assistant/Manager. As a Senior Commercial Loan Assistant, Malamphy is responsible for tasks related to the processing, recording, and monitoring of commercial lending activities as well as the training and support of the commercial lending assistants.

“I’m very excited about joining the RCB community,” said Malamphy, “and I look forward to collaborating and integrating my experience with everyone on the lending team.”

Malamphy brings with her over seventeen years of experience in the banking industry. She most recently served as the Portfolio and Administrative Manager at Berkshire Bank, and was previously a Commercial Lending Assistant at TD Bank, as well as the Sales and Service Supervisor at Shrewsbury State Bank in New Jersey.
