WILMINGTON, MA – The Town of Wilmington is participating in National Drug Take Back Day with a take back event on Saturday, September 26, from 10am to 2pm, at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street).
The public is invited to anonymously surrender expired, unwanted, or unused pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications for destruction at this time.
The Wilmington Board of Health would also like to remind residents that unneeded or expired medications should not be flushed down the toilet.
