Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 374 Main St., WILMINGTON, Friday, September 18th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Dorothy Church, Main St., Wilmington, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday from 4 thru 8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Contributions may be made in Frances’ memory to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 60 East 56th St., 6th Floor, New York, NY 10022.
