QUESTION OF THE DAY: How Have Your Experiences Been At Wilmington’s RMV?

Here’s Wilmington Apple’s Question of the Day for September 3: How has your experiences been at Wilmington’s RMV?

RMV’s aren’t necessarily seen as very pleasant places, evoking thoughts of long lines and long wait times. Wilmington’s RMV, however, is trying to improve their customers’ experiences.

In a press release yesterday, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles announced “the availability of free in-branch WiFi service for customers performing transactions at eight branch locations across the Commonwealth. The RMV is offering this amenity as part of its effort to enhance customer service and modernize branch operations.”

Wilmington was one of the branch locations selected, in addition to Braintree, Brockton, Haymarket, Revere, Springfield, Watertown and Worcecster.

The service was actually launched at the beginning of August, but not publicly announced until yesterday.
