TOWN OF WILMINGTON — BOARD OF SELECTMEN — PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Selectmen in the Wilmington Town Hall, 121 Glen Road, Room 9, Wilmington, MA at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015 on the application of Danielle H. Spicer, PE, Senior Associate, Green International Affiliates, Inc., 239 Littleton Road, Suite 3, Westford, MA 01886, acting on behalf of the Town of Wilmington, to Remove Earth Products on land situated at 9 Cross Street, Wilmington, MA, and further described as Parcel 5 on Assessors’ Map 39 and shown on a plan on file with the application for said permit.
