WILMINGTON, MA — We’re One Wilmington (WOW) is holding its Fall Anything Drive at Villanova Hall (behind St. Thomas of Villanova Church) on Sunday, September 13, 9am-noon.
Items collected will be distributed to Wilmington non-profit organizations, families and individuals in need. Items not matched will be brought to Lowell Wish, Mission of Deeds, or Heartbeat – all of which WOW is a referring agency (meaning we can refer individuals of need to these organizations – free of charge – throughout the year).
The drive is termed “Anything” because will accept pretty much anything new or used in excellent and working condition. A partial list of suggested items include:
General Items:
- Clothing
- Linens and household goods and small appliances
- Toys/Games
- Box tops
- Food
- Bicycles
- Baby Items
- Medical equipment (wheel chairs, bed rails, etc.)
- Furniture
- Books
- Working electronics
Fall Items:
- Halloween costumes
- School supplies
- Sports clothing and equipment
- Paper case boxes for Thanksgiving
- Roasting pans for Thanksgiving
