WILMINGTON, MA – Wilmington kids (and adults) now have a place in town to take classes in circus arts in a fun and safe environment.
Elevation Aerial and Circus Arts, run by a specialty circus instructor and performer, moved to Wilmington earlier this month. The company is based out of GymStreetUSA, located a 1 Jewel Drive.
“We moved to Wilmington because GymStreetUSA is in Wilmington,” said owner Gina DeFreitas. “GymStreetUSA is one of the largest competitive gymnastics facilities in the area. They offer amazing gymnastics instructors in a beautiful and huge facility. And as an aerialist, I’m extremely happy with the 28-foot ceilings they provide for my circus programs!”
DeFreitas says business is “going well,” nothing that the company’s regulars know of their recent move. She would, however, like to spread the word to more Wilmington residents who may be unaware of what the company has to offer.
Registration has just opened for its NINE fall classes, including acrobatics, trapeze, clowning skills, and juggling! Registration information and the class schedule can be found HERE.
“We do a big circus show recital and other local performances throughout the year,” said DeFreitas. “Come join the circus, your journey starts here!”
