5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (August 10, 2015)

Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Monday, August 10, 2015.

#1) The Wilmington Board of Selectmen meets at 7pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the meeting agenda HERE. The Wilmington Housing Authority meets at 4pm at Deming Way’s Community Hall. Read the meeting agenda HERE.

#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding its bi-monthly job seekers networking group meeting from 10am to noon. “This talk will help you get from unEmployment to Empowerment, from Frustration to Freedom. You will gain insight on your circumstances by exploring common fears, motivators, what gets you excited and what you feel confident about. Suzanne Gray and Margie Pascetta each own and operate independent officers of the The Entrepreneur’s Source, the leading self-employment coaching organization in North America.” Learn more and register HERE.

#3) Tremezzo’s “Celebrity Guest Bartender” series continues!  Body Infusion by Her’s Heather Lowe and Rose Ryan will be serving drinks from 5:30pm to 8pm while 15% of all food sales to be donated to support lymphatic cancer.

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is running its usual Monday activities — Blood Pressure Clinic at 9:30am; Exercise Sessions at 9:45am and 11am; and Knitting/Crocheting at 11am. The Center is also hosting a Karaoke and Smores-making event at 1pm. Learn more HERE.
