WILMINGTON, MA — The new season of the Wilmington Boosters Association will kick off on Wednesday, August 12th at 7:00 p.m.
The Wilmington Boosters Association is a volunteer organization whose goal is to provide scholarships to deserving Wilmington High School athletes at graduation. In addition to the scholarships, the association also provides the coaches awards given at all of the athletic banquets. At the 2015 Scholarship Night, the Boosters presented over $10,000.00 in scholarships to student athletes.
This meeting will be a great opportunity for new & prospective members to come see what the Wilmington Boosters Association is about and ask questions of the current membership.
Please forward this notice to anyone you may think may be interested in joining the Boosters and encourage them to bring a friend or two as well. Fifty years plus – Wilmington Boosters Association is only as strong as its membership!!!
The informal meeting will be held at the home of Kim Luz, 8 Elm Street, off of Woburn Street.
