Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Friday, August 7, 2015.
#1) The Children’s Theatre Workshop of Wilmington is running a production of “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” at the Wilmington Middle School (25 Carter Lane) at 7pm. Tickets cost $10. Learn more HERE.
#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is running an Imagination Lab for children in Grade 4 and up. Try the latest technologies available in the library, including: 3D Printing, LEGO Mindstorms, Minecraft, and Stop-Motion Animation. Register HERE.
#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding most of its normal Friday summer activities — Video Exercise at 10am; Special Exercise at 11am; Cards at 1pm; and Bingo at 1pm. Learn more HERE.
#4) The Wilmington Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is open from 10am to 2pm. Tour the museum for a glimpse into the town’s past – experience the house and Wilmington’s history! The Museum is also having games and encouraging residents to bring a brown bag lunch from noon to 2pm. Learn more HERE.
#5) Town Beach at Silver Lake is open today — and everyday until Sunday, August 17 — from 10am to 8pm. Learn more HERE.
