Middlesex Sheriff’s Office Seeking Correctional Officers

BILLERICA, MA — Are you or someone you know interested in a career in the corrections field?

The Middlesex Sheriff’s Office is accepting registrations through July 13 for its upcoming Correction Officer Exam. The exam slated for July 18.

“We are seeking qualified, motivated men and women interested in careers in corrections for our 39th Basic Training Academy,” said Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian.

Applicants must be 19 years of age, a U.S. citizen, and a resident of Massachusetts by the date of the exam in July. They must also have a high school degree or equivalent certificate and possess a valid motor vehicle license. A Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
