Compete against other participants to create the most unique superhero outfit and accessories. Participants will work in teams to construct a costume for their “model” out of nontraditional supplies such as garbage bags, ribbon, streamers, duct tape, and fabric scraps. Grades 4+

Library News
Holiday Hours
The library will be closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 for the holiday weekend. The library will be closed on Saturdays until after Labor Day.
Book Store Next Door Summer Hours
The Friends of the Library Book Store Next Door will be closed on Saturday, July 4. The Book Store will be open Wednesdays and Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm throughout the summer.
Books at the Beach
Going to Silver Lake Beach this summer? You will find a collection of free books in the boat like container next to the boat house. The Friends of the Library and the Wilmington Recreation Department worked together to provide these free books for reading pleasure at the beach. No need to return the books.
