POLICE LOG for June 21: 2 Wilmington Girls Reported Missing, Return Home Safely

WILMINGTON, MA — 41 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Sunday, June 21.  Here are SEVEN highlights:

  • An employee of Sonny’s Mobil on the Run on Lowell Street reported a taxi dropped off a man who appeared intoxicated. Employee called back to report taxi driver agreed to drive the man home. (12:34am)
  • A walk-in party from St. Paul Street reported his juvenile daughter missing. (2:10am)
  • A walk-in party from Metro At Wilmington Station reported her juvenile daughter missing. (2:32am)
  • Missing girls returned home. (9:04am, 9:37am)
  • Police assisted the Fire Department with a transformer explosion on Shawsheen Avenue. (11:46am)
  • The “right turn only” sign was reported missing from High Street and Middlesex Avenue. (3:06pm)
  • A man was seen staggering in the roadway of Fairmont Avenue.  Police transported the man to his Woburn home. (9:07pm)
