WILMINGTON, MA — 52 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Monday, June 8. Here are EIGHT highlights:
- Resident on Elizabeth Drive complained about box trucks that exceed the bridge weight limit constantly traveling up and down Butters Row. She requested extra patrols. She also stated that the mirrors on both sides of the bridge are angled to high. Police contacted DPW to look into the matter. (8:08am)
- Copper from the AT&T cell tower on Ballardvale Street was cut and stolen. (11:10am)
- A minor motor vehicle crash occurred on Main Street between a black 2002 Honda Accord and a gray 2011 Toyota Camry. (12:18pm)
- A man appearing to be intoxicated was reported in the parking lot of McDonald’s on Main Street. Martin Kuchler (47, Wilmington) was taken into productive custody. (1:24pm)
- A minor motor vehicle crash occurred in front of Radio Shack on Main Street between a blue 2014 Kia Sporta and a brown 2010 Toyota Matrix. (4:20pm)
- Police checked the back road and wooded area in the Wildwood Cemetery, noting grave decorations were scattered about due to the wind. (6:04pm)
- A Middlesex Avenue resident called to complain that approximately 10 motorcycles were in her driveway visiting a tenant that that lives downstairs from her. (6:36pm)
- A caller reported that a driver flashed a badge and threatened to arrest him. (7:46pm)
