As shared on the Wilmington Police Department’s Facebook page yesterday, Officer Rafael Cruz received the Army Achievement Medal. Officer Cruz, a Captain in the Massachusetts National Guard, was being recognized “for his efforts during the National Guard activation during the winter storms this past February.”
