Elizabeth J. Parsons (Saulnier), age 79, of Wilmington, died peacefully on June 1, 2015. Elizabeth was the beloved wife of the late Harry Parsons, devoted mother of Jane E. Miller & her husband Charles of Meredith, NH, Jean E. Carlin & her husband Robert of Wilmington, Bradley R. Parsons & his wife Kimberly of Gloucester, and Bruce R. Parsons & his wife Lisa of Marblehead. Loving “Nana” of Lee Miller, Robert Jr. and James Carlin, Alex, Liza, and Owen Parsons. Cherished daughter of the late Alfred “Alphie” and Mabel M. (Newell) Saulnier, dear sister of Nancy Buonopane and Patricia Rainville both of Wakefield, Karen Dean of Maine, and Ronald Saulnier of Cape Cod. Elizabeth is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Wednesday, June 3rd from 8:45-9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Elizabeth’s memory may be made to the Carroll Center for the Blind, 770 Centre Street, Newton, MA 02458.
