POLICE LOG for 4/18: Dog Attacks Dog; Red Sox Fan Gets A Little Too Rowdy

WILMINGTON, MA — 50 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log last Saturday, April 18

Here are FIVE highlights:

  • Caller on Mink Road reports neighbors are banging on the wall and making loud noise.  Police investigate.  Neighbor had a little too much to drink while watching the Red Sox game.  Police advises the neighbor to go to bed. (1:06am)
  • Evidence of an attempted break-in is reported at Atlantic Plant Maintenance on Burlington Avenue.   Damage to a window is reported.  It is unknown when the damage occurred.  (9:33am)
  • A North Street resident reports his dog was attacked by another dog in the neighborhood.  Police leaves a message for the Animal Control Officer.  Police visits owner of the “other” dog owner, who agrees to come to the station later in the week to speak with the Animal Control Officer. (9:43am)
  • A caller reports a minor road rage incident on Route 62, entering the on-ramp to 93 South, when a male passenger got out of a car and threw a cup of coffee on the caller’s car.  (10:24am)
  • Joseph Solares (44, Wilmington) is arrested at his residence on a warrant. (2:06pm)
