POLICE LOG for 4/6: Well-Being Check Due To Concerning Facebook Posts, Overturned Dump Trunk on Main Street

WILMINGTON, MA — 46 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log last Sunday, April 5.

Here are five highlights:

  • Caller requested a well-being check for a party who made “Q5 statements” online. [NOTE: Believe “Q5 statements mean statements where one threatens harm to oneself.]  Party is not home, but police spoke with his mother who is aware of Facebook posts and will contact the police if needed. (8:43pm)
  • A dump truck overturned on Main Street. Accident involved a Red 2004 GMC Sierra and a White 2005 Ford TK.  The Fire Department and State Police “Truck Team” also responded.  Coady’s Towing was called. (9:56am)
  • Several syringes found and removed from the sidewalk on Glen Road. (2:52pm)
  • K9 Ridic was used on a narcotics search in the Town of North Reading. (3:14pm)
  • Caller reported that her car was backed in to at CVS parking lot. Police assisted with paperwork exchange. (4:31pm)
